Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit papers for WCSIT journal through email to submit@wcsit.org
Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under
consideration for publication while being evaluated for this WCSIT.
Acceptance Criteria
Manuscripts are accepted with the understanding that they have not been published, submitted or
accepted for publication elsewhere and that, if the work received an official sponsorship, it has
been duly released for open publication. If copyrighted material is used, the author should obtain
the necessary copyright release and submit it along with the manuscript. If you have any
questions, please contact the WCSIT support support@wcsit.org, and always inform editors in
your submission cover letters of any possible conflicts.
All papers of the journal are peer reviewed by two independent reviewers. The reviewing
structure will always ensure the anonymity of the reviewers. Acceptance is granted when both
reviewers' recommendations were positive.
Papers are not within the journal scope will be rejected immediately in the pre review process.
The review output will be one of the following decisions:
1. Accept
2. Accept with minor corrections.
3. weak Accept with major corrections.
4. Reject
Submission Guidelines
The submitted papers must be written in English, and should follow WCSIT paper templates
available (WCSIT paper format), maximum number of pages is 8 pages, the charges for extra
page is 20 USD..
Submission email must include
1.
Paper Title.
2.
Author(s).
3.
Research Area.
Authors submitting a revised manuscript need to outline separately the response to the reviewers'
comments including changes introduced to the manuscript.
Final accepted manuscripts will be text and copy edited, proofs in PDF format will be sent to the
author for approval before publication.
